Running with Scissors
The Pocket Packers class or previous work with sewing zippers on mesh and vinyl is required before taking this class.
Students are required to have fabric quilted and all of Section #1 in the pattern completed prior to class.

| Requirements: | Sewing machine Thread Needles Bobbins 1/4in foot Cutting mat Rotary cutter 6 x 24in ruler 20 1/2in square ruler Folded corner clipper ruler Pattern Fabric, hardware, and zippers per pattern Scissors Snips Pins (both quilting and fine pins work) Wonder clips Washout markers, pens, or chalk The following are recommended and very helpful: ByAnnie's stiletto and pressing tool Creative Grids circle rulers (2 1/2in size used in sample) 12mm or 1/2in bias tape marker (helps make zipper ties) Quick turn fabric tube turning tool for turning fabric for straps easier Bodkin for pulling strapping through fabric easier Washable school glue stick Double-sided basting tape Students are required to have fabric quilted and all of Section #1 in the pattern completed prior to class. |
