Kid's Camp 1
Join the fun of learning how to quilt! Kids aged 9 and older are welcome. During this fun week of camp you will learn how to measure and cut your fabric, use your sewing tools, and sew your fabric pieces into a fabulous quilt. All you need to bring are your sewing machine, some basic sewing supplies, and a spirit of adventure. We will guide you through every step of the process. At the end of the week, we will celebrate you and your new found skills in a festive quilt show and tell. You'll also receive a Certificate of Completion. ALL Fabric and batting costs are included in fee. Bring your lunch everyday with the exception of Friday! You will leave this class with a completed quilt.
Please come to the store in advance of the class to select the fabrics.

| Instructor Bio: | Sweet isn't just her name. Carrie is an accomplished quilter and a patient instructor. Her passion lies in teaching the art of quilting to new quilters of all ages. An avid avocado lover and animal owner, Carrie is sure to spark your excitement and creativity. Carrie has been quilting since she was 14. She began quilting with her mother and aunts by making an Eleanor Burns Quilt in a day. Carrie has been teaching for 6 years from beginning quilting, to Kid's Camp, to many other quilting classes. |
